Yes, this note applies for GRC AC 10, because GRC runs on NW 7.02. You'll find reorganizations jobs like SAP_REORG_JOBS or SAP_REORG_SPOOL. These jobs purge job and spool data, for example. You need to schedule these jobs.
Also for GRC 10, there're special jobs (to generate firefighters logs and risk analysis for example ) that you should schedule. For these specific jobs you'll find more info here
