Duplicated messages error

Hi everyone!

I'm having an ftp sender communication channel. And the files that it has to pick-up became stuck. I'm receiving the following error.

Received XI System Error. ErrorCode: MSGGUID_EXISTING ErrorText: null ErrorStack: Message ID for pipeline CENTRAL version 000 already exists in system

I've already checked all the notes regarding this issue. They all are too old for our PI version. I also tried restarting channel and even restarting the PI server. But unfortunately no result. Can you please suggest what else can be done here?

In fact we didn't try this one yet. I suppose it only implements higher level of tracing but don't solve the issue itself. Am I wrong?

Hi Piotr,

by reading this note, yes, you will have only more info, but that does not resolve the issue.

Anyway, in your case, you can use another filename , and/or do a CPACache refresh (full or delta).

Unfortunately, our requirements doesn't allow us to use different filenames. We need to be able to process the same file several times if needed.

By the way I've tried CPACache refresh but it also didn't work.
