fm SWNC_GET_WORKLOAD_SNAPSHOT not fetching DBP_TIME

Hi...

I am working with the FM SWNC_GET_WORKLOAD_SNAPSHOT

my question is, i want to see the DB time in the table HITLIST_RESPTIME.........but i wonder ,all the values in that row are zeros

can anybody please suggest me how to retrieve data base time i.e field name DBP_TIME ...

that can be seen in st03.......

or is there any other way where we can get or calculate based on other values...

please suggest........
