Meals per diem for US region.

Dear All,

How do i configure the below scenario per diem in SAP ??

State Location County Season Begin Season End Lodging Local Meal Rate Proportional Meal Rate Local Incidental Maximum Per Diem Effective Date

CONUS ALL PLACES NOT LISTED STANDARD CONUS RATE 1-Jan 31-Dec 77 41 27 5 123 10/1/2011

ALABAMA ABBEVILLE HENRY COUNTY 1-Jan 31-Dec 77 41 27 5 123 10/1/2011

ALABAMA ABERFOIL BULLOCK COUNTY 1-Jan 31-Dec 77 41 27 5 123 10/1/2011

Hi,

With what I understand with the requirement, is same for all the county within US and a single per diem can be maintained which will solve all.

For Configuration of per diems please check the table V_T706H and V_T706H_C and for sttlement you have to configure V_T702N_A.

Hi,

What period do i need to give ??

In PREP T.code after configuration of the region and uploading of per diem values, the system ask to give the period start date and end date.

Do it need to give 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2012 or till 31.12.9999 ??

Hi, plz maintain 31.12.9999, if there is any change in future you can delimit this and change the start date of that per diem.

Hi,

It is not solved, if i give 31.12.9999 when creating US per diem in PREP t.code for these month. after six month US will release a new file for next year.

so, when i try to upload the US per diem again for next year, the program is creating wrong line item for all the region.

I think we should give the date as 31.12.2012 for the first upload and for next year we should give 31.12.2012..

i will check and get back.
