SAP PI 7.1 File Adapter - FTPS or SFTP

Hi Experts,

I came to know recently that there is something like FTPS in PI 7.1 for File Adapter. I was only aware of SFTP in file adpter that too using an adapter module like Seeburger and Advantaco but I was not aware of FTPS.

Can anyone of you help me out in knowing how can we configure FTPS File Adapter in ID as I cannot see any option to activate FTPS in it?

Also, if anyone of you can provide me more details about SFTP and FTPS, it will be really helpful for me.

Hi,

in a CC, when you choose "FTP" as protocol, then under "Connection Security", you have the option FTPS.

This option is present since a long time.

Then by a quick search on SDN you will know the difference for SFTP vs FTPS.
