I want to use a webservice from a non-SAP system.

It is necessary to define a technical and business system in zhe sld for that non-SAP system?

When yes, is this a standalone or a 3rd party system?

you dont need to create Business system in Sld for 3rd party just u need to create business component in id directly.

please refer SCN for how to create Bus.component.

Hi,

You require either Business System (as 3rd party system in SLD) or Business Service. Having one of themis crucial for PI to correctly interpret the sender of the message and process it further.

You can use a business service / component.

In case you do want to have an SLD entry, it will be a 3rd party system.
