Increasing number of characters for the revision level field

Hi there,

We are faced with a situation, where we are running out of numbers to assign using revision level assignment and would like to move from 2 to 3 characters. Does anyone know of a viable solution?

What revision sequence are you currently using?(Eg:00-99,AA-ZZ et-al) Its difficult to digest when you indicate that 2 fields are insufficient.Do elaborate more.

We are using the revision sequence 00 - 99. We will reach a point when we have to move to 100 - 999. Am try to see if there is a way that we can increase the number of characters in the field from 2 to 3 or if there is another work arounf this issue.
