I know already many of u have asked this query, bt not any single thread shows the exact solution for this problem.

I just want to know who exactly are using the SAP, when are they getting logged in and logged out.

And i want to retrieve this above data on daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Experts, kindly provide me the exact solution plz.

NJ

Why can't you use SM20?

It gives you full data with access history etc.

Thank you Sir,

But in SM20, it requires to activate the audit log in SM19, which degrades the performance of system.

Hello,

You can only get the required details when you activate security audit.

Thanks,

NJ,

???? I am unable to detect a question here. Yes, any logging of any transactional data will degrade performance to some extent.

Hi,

U cannot get all the details using one TX

Run the report RSUSR200 in se38

use TX STAT and STAD for last few days.

Sm18 also and give no of days.

Best would be to on the security audit log using sm20

Thank you SIr,

Report RSUR200 gives only the last logon details.

I need the record of a particular user, as when he logind and loged out in SAP over the last few months.

You can use AL08 - for the history who logged in currently

SM20/21 - Who logged in and who logged out

Complete history of user for the period - SM20
