SOLAR_EVAL : create variant to get list of documents in a particular status

Hi,

We're trying to create a variant to get the list of functional designs in solution manager that have been or are in a particular status (e.g. how many functional designs have been reopened for major change after they're approved) : SOLAR_EVAL > Analysis > Project > Configuration > Assignment > Documentation.

However, we can't seem to be able to do so because the execution of the variant seems to be able to take into account only the documents' current status, and not the history (the previous statuses of the document). Hence the documents that have status "Approved" will not be in the report even if the document has been previously opened for major change (i.e. its previous status was "Open for Major Change"). Is there any way to achieve our goal ?

Hi Larasari,

Unfortunatelly the SOLAR_EVAL doesn't take into account the older status, it will only analyze for the new ones. The only option is the one mentioned above by the user AP, you'll need to create a custom program to do this analysis.
