Schedule condition when BP is change

Hi,

I´m working with Solman Service desk 7.1. In SPPFCADM I have define actions and schedule conditions, It sends email when the user status is change. Schedule condition is defined as:

&CRM Service Request.User Status& = E0002ZMIN0001

Now I have a new requirement, the incident is forward to a new processor, the user status is NOT change, but the processor does. This isn´t a fix value so, I don´t Know how to define this condition.

Can anyone please help me with this issue??

Hi, Marta.

May be it would be better if you shedule an action and then it will be executed manually after another processor is set?

Hi Vikram Jain,

It is a very usefull weblog, I used it for my customizing. This is setup for status change, my problem is that for BP changed I can´t fix a constant value to define a rule.
