No availability check today even stock is available in MD04

Dear friends,

We had a delivery issue this morning.

No availability check for all mateials in all sales order today (01/20/2012). availabity check works from delivery date 01/23

checked MD04, there is still stock available. Checked factory calendar ,hasn't found anything unusual.

Please kindly advise what could possibly cuase the issue.

Check whether the order is on Credit block (VKM1/VKM3). Use t.code CO09 to see the stock/requirements status for materials. The same you can do in sales order, by highlighting line item and clicking on the availability check button at the bottom.
