"No Source of Supply found for item" message in Shopping cart

Hi,

We are on SRM 7.1 ECS.

The issue we are facing is for service with hierarchyitems in cart,if we have multiple(more than 4) lines in cart and if "prefrerred supplier" is entered for the line under SOURCE OF SUPPLY tab at the hierarchy level,then the message(in green) "No Source of Supply found for item'" is displayed even though the vendor is entered.

Has anyone come across this issue?

I found some OSS notes for this issue but they are for the olderreleases as we are on SRm 7.1 SAPK-70105INSRMSRV
