One time actual rent - Posting

Hi,

I have created one contract with different conditions as One time Actual rent. When I am trying to do the periodic posting, then I am getting as "No cash flow planned records found in selected period"

My Contract start date is - 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2012

Start of all conditions - 01.01.2012

Please let me know is there any missing configuration or in posting of contract?

Hi,

Have you checked cash flow in contract, are you getting cash flow in contract display mode.

check whether the cash flow is generated or not for the contract, if it exists then you will get cash flow planned items in RERAPP.
