Notification is not created and not saved in AFIH table

Dear Experts

While creating service notification via IW31 transaction code

system generates a notification number but after click on

save button notitication is not created and not saved

in database table AFIH.

However service order get created in SAP sysem.

Please suggest solution on this.

Is there any BADI or EXIT or OSS note exist.

table AFIH, is for Order Header Data,

Please check in QMEL.

Hi,

Are you trying to create the service notification thorugh IW31 by using OBJECT TAB within the transaction? If yes, then your notification number should be generated.

User Exit : IWO10009 - PM Order: Customer Check for 'Save' Event. I think this might help you.

IW31 transaction is Create Order.

Not notification.

IW21 is for create notification.
