QM Notification Error -FORM Could not be sent

Dear experts,

In QM Notifications while sending confirmation notice ,Mail along with form QM_REPLY is possible, but form u201CQM_REPLYu201D is not as per our requirements thus we have develop new form u201CZPPM_NO_Y2 u201C with Z function module which is copy of QM06_FM_TASK_SEND_PAPER.

But while sending confirmation notice we are getting error u201CZPPM_NO_Y2 Could not be sent u201C .

Please advice how to resolve this error

Hi,

Did you manage to overcome this error ??

If not, assign a FM-QM06_SEND_REPLY_STEP2 in customizing of the action box as "FM when saving" of notification.

Revert back on it.

U need to config RFC and check ur print controls in quality notifications.
