Hello Experts,
We are loading contracts using LSMW Idoc BUS1505_Create3.
We are facing problem when trying update the condition due date from the legacy data. We are not able to pass this value as there is no segment present.
Please help if I am missing something to identify the segement, or sugest me any other help.
Regards
Kumar.
Hi Kumar,
due date cannot be set for conditions when a new contract is created. Due date in condition screen is only available if there are follow-up postings and the due date correction rule enables to enter the due date directly.
Therefore the due date is also not available in the BAPI for creating contracts.
Hope this helps.
Regards, Franz

Hi Franz,
Thanks a lot for the reply.
Correct me if I am wrong. We had the option to fill the due date for each condition in the Classic RE but this facility is not present in the Flexible RE. As a result we can not update the the due date.
Please suggest how do we deal with a scenario like this in below :
We need to pay rent every monthly installment of £1000 for 10 months but all the conditions should accrue and deffer for the full year.
Rent on 01012012 for £1000 dated 01012012 to 31122012 due on 01012012
Rent on 01022012 for £1000 dated 01012012 to 31122012 due on 10022012
Rent on 01032012 for £1000 dated 01012012 to 31122012 due on 10032012
Rent on 01042012 for £1000 dated 01012012 to 31122012 due on 10042012
Rent on 01052012 for £1000 dated 01012012 to 31122012 due on 10052012
Rent on 01062012 for £1000 dated 01012012 to 31122012 due on 10062012
Rent on 01072012 for £1000 dated 01012012 to 31122012 due on 10072012
Rent on 01082012 for £1000 dated 01012012 to 31122012 due on 10082012
Rent on 01092012 for £1000 dated 01012012 to 31122012 due on 10092012
Rent on 01102012 for £1000 dated 01012012 to 31122012 due on 10102012
All the above conitions should acrrue/deffer for the full year.
Please suggest.
Regards
Kumar
Hi Kumar,
I am not aware of this possibility in RE Classic. In RE Classic the parameter Payment form (at start of period, mid-period, at period end) can be used on condition level, but due date explicitely?
RE-FX offers the possibility to define the exact due date by using rhythm terms and due date correction rules. So you can define rhythm terms with due date correction rules and assign them to the conditions.
Regards, Franz
