ME61 - Vendor Evaluation - Possible to encompass Multiple Instances?

Our company has more than 1 ERP Instance. We want to use Vendor evaluation, but we won't get the true score of a Vendor if some data is in one ERP Instance and other data is in the other ERP Instance.

Is there a way to set up ME61 to encompass information from both?

No. You would have to send the data to a BI system and do your evaluations in the BI system.

You can capture all data in some report either through BI or some other reporting tool (ex, excel...) and do evalation there.
