HR -PM- Access restriction for appraisal document

Hi..

We want to restrict manager from creating appraisal document for employees reporting to him however manager should be able to change /view existing defined appraisal document ( created by HR Admin ) in portal .

Based on authorization trace We tried to apply restriction on object P_HAP_DOC but itu2019s not working as we just have change ,display and delete as activity values and still this is allowing manager to create appraisal document and if we remove change access then it gives dump .

Any suggestion, help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

How are Managers trying to view Appraisal Documents? Is it through PA30 IT0025?

To only view and Maintain Appraisal Documents APPDISPLAY and APPCHANGE t-codes should be used. Apart from P_HAP_DOC, please ensure that Managers don't get create access to PLOG Infotypes 1044,1045,1047
