Connectiong to the catalog with BO Mobile 4.0

Hi,

I've some problems to connect to my CMS using BO Mobile 4.0 SP2.

I've installed SAP BO BI Platform on my Windows Server with BO Mobile integrated, I connect to my BI Launch Pad with the following URL :

Until here, no problem.

I want to use BO Mobile application on Blackberry device without using BES Server.

I've deployed the webapp Mobile14 on the server and I've downloaded the mobile application using the following URL :

It works and mobile application has been installed correctly.

Now, I've to access to the CMS to browse the catalog in order to refresh reports.

On my mobile phone, my connection parameters are the following :

Server name : <my_server>

Port : 11011

CMS Name : <my_CMS>*

Authentication : Enterprise

And I use "administrator" login.

On the server, both VAS and VMS server are working on the CCM.

I need some advices using BO Mobile App to access to my CMS using a blackberry device.

You don't mention it in your description, so just in case:

You must run the Mobile Server Configuration tool to configure the Mobile authentication server (VAS)

and the Mobile processing server (VMS) based on the selected deployment option.

You can access the Mobile Server Configuration Tool from the Windows Start menu under: start >

Programs > SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0 > SAP BusinessObjects Mobile > Mobile
