Negative Inventory Adjustment Account

I would like to know when is the Inventory Adjustment Acount used in B1 and what will the accounting entries be?

Hi,

I would recommend you to check the Online Help(F1) which explains what are the cases where the Negative Adjustment Account is hit and the case.

The explanation is provided for the same.

Hi Carin,

Whenever your inventory on hand become negative, this account will be hit.

Hi Gordon,

I also thought so, but I took it out, did Sales and Purchases and the system did not complain about a G/L account that's missing.....
