PIAPPLUSER get locked in java stack

Dear Experts,

We are getting an error while checking an SLDCHECK. We have checked this in below link

As mentioned in this point no. (5) SLD interactive logon check we came to know that PIAPPLUSER is locked which is maintained in SLDAPICUST.

At ABAP side it shows unlock. But when we checked in visual administrator lock status showing --> locked automatically after 0 invalid log in attempts. We have tried to unlock it but error message shows that unable to force password change.

Do let me know if I have to provide any additional details.
