Hello Milin,

What do you mean by "Survey".

There are Earlywatch reports, EarlyWatch Health Check Service, EarlyWatch Alerts for Solutions.

There is Expert Guided Implementation that you can register for?

You register a Solution.

And "Survey" is not a term used in Solution Manager, so its not clear what you

are looking for, however here are a few resources.

My systems response time is slow. We checked the all systems as well as OS level, but not found anything regarding this.

So for this SAP is provided the one solution - Earlywatch Survey.

SAP guys will login our system manually & check. He will take a 4 to 5 days for this. After that he will send the details.

But I donu2019t know the how to register this.

So please help me on this.

Hi Milin,

I think SAP wants you to configure Early Watch Alert for your landscape.

Once Early watch alert was configured then a detailed report based few KPIs will be generated and will be sent to your solution manager. You can download this report and check what could be the issue in each system or the solution. SAP might also use the same report for the root cause analysis.

Or else if SAP want to login to your system then you need to open OSS connection to SAP from Service market place.
