test plan creation: checkboxes are disabled

Hi

whaen i create a test plan , the checkboxes are disabled and i cant select the processes of my choice from the project but have to generate test plan with entire structure of the project.

i want to create selected scenarios from a project in the test plan??

Further please elaborate the reusibility of the test plan in more than one change document?

check whether you have the authorisation to create the test plan

check your authroization profile.

it lets me to generate test plan and test packages afterwards. Only it doesnt let me to select the processes from the structure while creating test plan( by default all the nodes are selected and disabled)
