Document viewer fails to open PDF files.

Hi all!

When i open a document containing a archive link to the pdf file it does not retrieve the document to be displayed and gives a SAPHTML_E_CALL_METHOD_FAILED error.

Does anyone know why this error comes?

Please check the MIME-Type and data component do the file as described in KBA 1739026.

And please refer to KBA 1760519 and don't use the Generic document class and the mentioned option from OAG1 together.
