Hi Basis Expert,
We are getting this error "The DSU service does not allow multiple clients to logon" for CRM upgrade.
The upgrade is running in background. Is this error because of the another user who has not come out of the SAP upgrade screen(GUI) i.e File->Exit .
Can you please let me know how to get into proceed with this issue.
