good night, configure the system (erp_dev) in the portal. The authentication option you select it as mentioned by the guide:
Authentication Ticket Type: u201CSAP Logon Ticketu201D
Logon method: u201CUIDPWu201D
User Mapping Fields: empty
User Mapping Type: u201Cadmin,useru201D
now I have this question
with this option in the administration of users, all users will access the backend user with the same connection?
I need the user to connect to the portal is the same as then log on to the backend (via the iView created)
help me?
thank you very much
Hello Eli,
You can do that by Configuring SSO between ECC and EP.
Please refer to below demo in Youtube and SAP Link

Hi Arjun, the configuration SSO is successfuly
now change value for option:
Authentication Ticket Type: u201CSAP Logon Ticketu201D
Logon method: u201CSAPLONGONTICKET"
User Mapping Fields: empty
User Mapping Type: u201Cadmin,useru201D
I try to open the iView (Tx SESSION_MANAGER) but it opens the internet explorer window and not show the SAP GUI for HTML. the windows is blank.

Is webGui Activated ? if not please check below
1. Go to your Instance Profile parameter using tcode RZ10 and set the icm/server_port_0 parameter to PROT=HTTP,PORT=8000
2. Now go to transaction SICF and activate the following:
/sap/public/bc/its/mimes
/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui
3. Now try again using IView.
You can also refer to below link of activation WebGui
Thanks,
Arjun
Hi Arjun,
SICF
/sap/public/bc/its/mimes service was already enabled
/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui service was already enabled
RZ10
PROT=HTTP,PORT=8080
now, try open iview with transaction SESSION_MANAGER is windows blank.
try test connection the System, option "ITS Connection" and show message error:
Results
1. The system ID is valid
2. The system was retrieved.
3. Retrieval of the default alias was successful
4. The system object represents an SAP system
5. The following parameters are valid: ITS Protocol (http) ITS Host Name (gfsapdes:8080)
6. The host name gfsapdes was resolved successfully.
7. An HTTP/S connection to http://gfsapdes:8080/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/ was not obtained successfully; this might be due to a closed port on the Firewall.
I run test TELNET port 8080 to server backend and successfuly.

Hi Eli,
1). Can you see the port in the t-code SMICM --> Goto --> Services ? or what port you see there ?
2). Is the port suppose to be 8000 or 80<instance number> ? what is your instance number ?
3). Make sure Internet Communication Manager (ICM) is up and running. You can check it by calling transaction "SMICM". A window pops up where the ICMS status should be "Running" and show the green light.
4). Clear cache:
Execute transaction "SITSPMON". Select tab "Template and Mimes tab". Under tabs "Invalidate Template Caches" and "Invalidate MIME Cache", click on "System-wide"
5). Test WebGUI Successful ? if not please test as below
.Execute transaction "SICF". Enter "Hierarchy Type" = "SERVICE", then click on checkmark "execute (F8)". Now browse to "default-host" --> "sap" --> "bc" --> "gui" -->"sap" --> "its" --> "webgui". Right-click on it and choose "Test Service".
A browser window (Internet explorer) pops up with the URL
"http://mybackend.project.mycompany.intra:8002/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-client=100". It asks for username and password. Enter your credentials that you used for SAP-Logon. Then you should see a screen similar to the initial SAP-Logon screen: a screen titled "SAP Easy Access" with the SAP menu.
Regards,
Arjun
