mac running windows and CRM 7.0 groupware sync

CRM 7.0

Have a user runnning a MacBook with Windows and Outlook 2010. Most of the CRM functionality is operating as a user running a windows machine. But when syncing contacts, the contact is not showing up in the users contact folder.

We aren't having this issue with any other user running a traditional windows laptop / desktop.
