Customer Hierarchy Error: VS300

While creating customer hierarchy, I am getting this error 'Required entries in table KNVH do not exist

Message no. VS300'

Did you checked Customer Hierarchy type is aminatined?

go to table KNVH and check if its there?

Check OSS Note 573877 - VS300; Entries in table KNVH not existing. If applicable, you may need to implement.

a) Note 398626 - VS300; Entries in table KNVH do not exist

b) Note 573877 - VS300; Entries in table KNVH not existing
