Crystal report server 2011

Hi,

I get this message when i view the reports through Crystal Server 2011. I have an installed version of crystal reports for enterprise on the same machine. How can i set it up for an automatic dowload of the report without the following prompt?

A download to launch Crystal Reports for Enterprise should start automatically.*

If it does not start, click here to download.

If this download is blocked by your browser, please adjust your browser security settings or contact your local system administrator.

If a dialog box appears with the option to 'Open' or 'Save', click 'Open'.

*A desktop installation of the SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise designer is required for this action.

Hi,

It's not clear what you want to do ...

1.Do you want to supress the message?

2. Or automatically install from web ?

3. or meet the requirement stated ? (i.e. to have the CR4E client installed first as a prequisite, before you can invoke it)

Anyway, I can state with absolute certainty that you need to do (3) to proceed.

I would like the message to be supressed and the report to open automatically. Any ideas? Each time i have to explicitly launch the viewer to see this report.

BTW i do have CR4E client installed on the same machine.
