Maintain Outbound Delivery Orders using VL10C..not create new, but maintain

Hi, experts !!!

I am currently using VL10C to create a deliveries for sales orders and it is working well.

But, in some cases, i have N partial Outbound Delivery Order for only one Sales Order.

We are in Enterprise 7.01, EHP4.

After explain this, i have one very important question for us :

The trx VL10c, always CREATE a new Outbound Delivery Order... and we need a way for maintain a Outbound Delivery previously existing, for each Sales Order....

The quantity of material allocated for each Outbound Order will be incremented, and not create a new Outbound Delivery Order.

For us, it's essential only ONE Outbound Delivery order for one item into Sales Order, because this document is the base of our "Nota Fiscal" (this project is in Brazil).

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Based on one sales order, Outbound delivery incremental is not possible.

There are various reasons why SAP do not have this solution.

Eg. when delivery is being created, system check for delivery date and confirmed qty (sales order->Schedule lines) and for that quantity delivery will be created and if anything is open and it remains open unitl the new stock comein.
