Maintain Name in TPM responsible partner

Dear Gurus,

I have one issue regarding creating TPM committment orders through VA41 transaction . When creating TPM order in header-. partner tab when using TPM resposible person . I need to maintain my name in that. Could you please let me know how to maintain name for partner function TPM responsible.

I have asked with HR guys also but they are saying they can maintain only sales personnel data through PA30 not Trade promotion data.

Please help me this is very urgent.

Hi All,

I have got that the partner function Tp assigned to PE partner type. Due to this it is showing personel number in patner tab.
