SRM 7.01 and ECC6.0 EhP5
Hi Experts,
1) we configured CPPR according to SAP-
Guide http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SRM/CPPR+Configuration & according to note [1263876|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1kZSZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1263876]
We implemented corresponding SOA-Services according to Note [1268336|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1268336]
RESULT
- Purchase requisitions are transfered from ERP to SRM
- CPPR buttons appear. when a button e.g "start collective processing" is selected no action happens
- Display Material or Preq from transfered PurchaseRequisition from ERP is not possible
- When pressing anything on the CPPR display there on the left buttom of the internet explorer appears the message "javascript:void(0);"
Not system error or message which could lead to a reason.
Is there any experience in this?
Thank you for a quick response in advance
best regards
Isam

HI,
First make sure popup windows work in the portal example try opening documents from POWL. If its not happening then maybe you should check with your techinal guys if you are suppose to use HTTP or HTTPS protocol for portal url.
Also if you have transfered PR from ERP to SRM then you dont need to use CPPR application , you have to use the sourcing cockpit.
CPPR application is an ERP application and you can view only ERP data there. Using CPPR you can transfer a PR to SRM sourcing cockpit or directly create an RFX.

Dear Sam,
thanks for your quick response.
- The po-up window works in the same browser with other SRM-application and there further processing is possible. It pop-ups.
- I need to create an RFQ from the transfered PReq from the backend. This is possible using the Button "start collective processing" which doesn't react but gives the mentioned "javascript:void(0);" message.
My test user has the role /SAPSRM/OP_PURCHSR_ERPSRM_EHP1 and in the SRM-Portal he access
Purchasing => Purchasing Documents
Then the purchasing documents (PReq) from ERP are listed. The is no further processing. All Buttons exccept Refresh don't react.
Any further ideas where it could be solved?
Thanks & best regards
Isam
