Hi,
I have several users created in Dev system, and I want to transport them to QA. How do I do this?

May be you can write a CATT script to create the users
you cannot trasport users in sap , users are client dependent if u able set a CUA , you can manage the users from a single location as well as create the user in central system and distribute to other child systems
You would have to set up Central User Administration. Not really a transport, but lets you administer users from a central client.
