Hi,
We have PI production system 7.1 on Linux, and we got issue that the ESR link is not getting opened.
It takes huge time and after that it thrown 500 Internal server Error.
http://<hostName>:<port>/rep/start/repository.jnlp
It was working before and in quality system also it works.
The JRE version is proper.

try opening it from PI server and you will know if it's a connection/java issue or not

Thank you for reply.
It is a unix server on which PIP is running.
And from the same browser I can open the ESR for quality system properly.
So it seems the issue is not related to local browser of JRE too.

Check with Basis time may be your production system response not up to the mark. may be they will fix it. sometimes restartung system will work.
