Hi,

While performing diagnostic configuration we are getting below error.

""Wily Agents could not be retrieved from EM for host. Reason: cannot get physical hostname from SMDAgent"

This error has come into picture after we have installed new Wily EM.All the systems were earlier registered with the old EM.

After installing new Wily EM host I am trying to perform managed system configuration again for all the system using new EM details.

Can anybody pls help me !

In the SMD Agent Administration do you see a physical name under the hostname for the agent?

Also try to unassign it and re-assign the new agent under the Managed System Config.
