TLB in SNP interactive - Weight of Pallet

Dears,

We use have a TLB profile where we have included the SAP standard parameters:

-WEIGHT

-VOLUME

-FLOORSPOTS

However, the system doesn't include the weight of the pallets in the build.

The help documentation and also note 710198 indicates, that parameter WEIGHT should be INCLUSIVE weight of the pallets.

For all product masters we have maintained an alternative UoM "PAL". And for UoM "PAL" we have specified the gross weight inclusive pallet.

Any ideas of what master data we need to maintain in order to calculated weight including the weight of the pallets?

Check rules of TLB profile.

The rule conditions should be "AND" for both lowe and upper limits

Have few options in my mind, please use the suitable one

Option 1:

Use BOM with the pallets and order / forecast quantity is multiples of a pallet qty.so the material includes the pallets always.

Option 2:

Add the weight of the pallet to the material weight, the pallets weight is always distributed equally to number of materials that a pallet can hold.
