Assistance class is reactivated ABAP WEBDYNPRO

In future if we make any changes in Assistance class and reactivated it. do we need to activate the WDP Component again ?

if at all Component is not activated again . what kind of error will arise ?

Hi,

It's not necessary to reactivate the WD component if you have only changed the assistence class.

But, if you change some methods within the assitence class, for example adding new parameters or something like that, you need to check your component if you use that method for modify the call...

In case only text elements are added to assistance class and again activated .. what about the WD s activation inthis case .

when assistance class methods are changed and class is activated . but the WD comp is not reactivated so what error will come.

If you add some text elements I think you want to use it in your WDA, so you need to modify some code in your component and activate it...

If you change the interface of some methods and not change the calling in your component maybe a short dump will be triggered...

That are too basic questions... try by yourself and you will see what happens...
