Need to export result table when using IF_FPM_GUIBB_SEARCH

Floorplan gurus.

I'm using IF_FPM_GUIBB_SEARCH and my end-users want to export the result table to excel.

Is that possible ?

As a workaround...can I use IF_FPM_GUIBB_LIST ?

How can I create a search screen for IF_FPM_GUIBB_LIST ?

Please advice

Hi,

You may check Analytics List UIBB. It offers the functionality of exporting data to Excel.

Please check the following video tutorial:

Thanks.

OK - so I need a BW query ?

Can I create such a query in the ERP system (SAP ECC 6.0) ?

Please advice.

I am not really into BW queries. Here is what I found in help.sap.com (not sure if it is for the right version):

[Defining New Queries|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/f1/0a5625e09411d2acb90000e829fbfe/frameset.htm]

I hope this helps.

Thanks for the excellent help.

But we are running ERP system and not a BW system, so I don't think it is possible to create a BEx query here.

So what I actually need is to combine the IF_FPM_GUIBB_LIST and the IF_FPM_GUIBB_SEARCH to be able to export to Excel, but I guess it is not possible, or...?

As of NW 7.31 it will be possible to integrate the new GUIBB List ATS directly into the search GUIBB Search via configuration. Then, you will have all list features in the search result list.

Erik,

Can you explain how you achieved this?  I am also using the Search GUIBB and would like the ability to export to Excel.

Thanks,

Kenneth

As of FPM 7.31 you will be able to specify the key of a GUIBB List or List ATS (the newer one is the GUIBB List ATS) within the Search configuration. The corresponding List / List ATS configuration itself offers the 'Export to Excel' functionality... and others, such as sorting, filtering, etc.
