HI,

Did you check the active runtime version of BPM in SXI_CAHCE ? if not check it. It should be zero.

If still having a problem, try to reimport the integration process into Directory and test the scenario.

I assume that all steps in the bpm is correctly designed and configured

Hope this helps,

Hi,

Go to SXI_CACHE and look at the status level of your BPM.

If it's different to "00", then you need to re-activate it (a developer key will be needed for that)

Hi Mickael,

You are right..

It has a return code of 99.

Could you please tell me how to activate it.

Thanks

Hi Venu,

From SXI_CACHE itself you can see the activate button on the tool bar just above the list where you see the integration processes in your system. Click on that and get it activated to status '00'

Hi,

Inside SXI_CACHE, select your line with the erroneous BPM then click on button "activate" (the match one).

If I remember me, you do that in TWO steps:

1. status (<i>return code</i> in fact) = 99 -> 02

2. status = 02 -> 00

When you will have "00", it will be ok.
