How to reverse Usage Decision (UD)

Dear Gurus,

Our clients has done following transactions

1. Store Department has taken GRN and material is moved to QI stock with creation of inspection lots.

2. Quality department has inspected and approved the material and given usage decision with stock posting from quality to unrestricted.

Now, They find out that there were issues in POs and they want to do following.

1. Reverse Usage Decision and stock posting

2. Reverse the GRN. (This part is OK. as we can do this activity very easily.)

I want to reverse the usage decision and stock posting. Please guide me how to do so.

UD reversal and stock posting both are diff things. So you need to implement User exit QEVA0008 for reversing UD and SAP note 175842 stock posting reversal.

you need to use SAP note 175842 To reverse Stock posting, you can reverse stock to inspection stock then cancel the original material document

Use Exit QEVA0008 To cancel UD
