Settlement to WBS

Hello,

Seek your suggestion for my query below-

Per my Business requirement, I have to settle actual cost from a WBS to 6 other WBS elements. Means, I wanted to settle 6 different amounts from 1 WBS to other 6 receiver WBS elements.

I am in the process of defining settlement rule to the receiver WBS element, please let me know how I can define the 6 rules for 6 different receivers? How I can define From & To periods?

Hi,

Please refer SAP help and let us know if you have specific doubt. To get you started, settlement can be done to multiple receivers with % or fixed amount.

Hi,

I am able to perform the settlement to multiple (6 Nos) receivers, on amount basis.

A quick check here-

I have restricted the periods like this-

From fiscal year u2013 2012 ; From period u2013 01

To fiscal year u2013 2012 ; To period u2013 01

My question here is u2013 if I do my regular settlement (to Asset) at the month end (31.01.2012), would the system also considers the new rules (6 Nos) which I have defined now? If yes, how to deactivate these new 6 rules.
