Interfaces locked on in Folder

Hi,

There are files in PI server. But interfaces is not processed an file sender adapter coludnt receive file from directory in PI server.

Interfaces locked on in folder.

How can i solve this Problem?

Dear Nurhan

Following are suggested

1. Try restarting your file adapter responsible for picking files

2. Go to admin and check if there is any persisting lock for any file adapter

3. Check the file permissions (read/write/etc)

Respond if you still face issue with the adpter error logs

Hi,

ı restarted file adapter in java start and stop

but now this error occured in file adapter in communication channle monitoring

com.fiat.xxx.xi.adapter.BigFileAdapterModule711 - Error during XI connection: Check the communication channel:BSE_REFERENCE_PI:CC_RFC_RECEIVER_SHARED

hi Nurhan,

check the log of your sender CC in RWB > Communication Channel Monitoring.

you perhaps have a file which has a bad file format (so in error) and as for any polling your CC find the same erroneous file in the folder, it cannot pick-up the other files ! (reminds: selection is either done by file date or by filename, that's depends of your options in your sender CC)

if my analysis is good...

1st: remove this bad file (analyze the reason and alert business and.or source application) and at the next polling the other files will be treated (except if you have another bad file...).

2nd: in your sender CC, use the option "archive faulty source file" in "Processing" tab.

Nurhan,

In Communication Channel monitoring, check whether the log of that particular channel always shows "Processing Started". If yes, unlock the channel in Visual Admin.

Interfaces locked on in folder

as per my understanding ,

click on : http://<host>:<port>/rep/support/public/LockAdminService

then remove locks of the bjects.
