Hello experts! I'm 'super-administrator' on the SAP support portal (https://websmp206.sap-ag.de), but, by some reason I can't download any software from this portal, it says "To download software, you require the Download Software authorization. To request it, please contact the SAP System Administrator in your company" - but it's me! )) Help me to resolve this issue please...
The FAQs say that you should open a message under XX-SER-SAPSMP-SWC in case of problems with the software download.
