where-used list

Hi expert,

I did edit a list "where-used" for a multiprovider and i got by 900 items.

can you tell me how to save or to export this list? (the function :SYSTEM-> LIST->Save..is not active)

HI,

You can try getting SAP_GUI auth to your role then SAVE-->List will be enabled.

Otherwise you can try 2 ways-

1.Goto Objects>Print>Print List and select Windows Printer (ScanSoft PDF create) -->It will create the pdf of the output list on your desktop.

2.Cust Local lay out(Alt+F12) -->Quick Cut and paste and select the pages one by one and copy to .xls sheet.

You can also try transaction code %pc which should generate a pop-up in which you select the file format you want to save as. Not sure if this works if :SYSTEM-> LIST->Save is disabled.
