I have installed the Identity Center and a SQL Database on my local machine but I have no SAP portal or IdM user interfaces installed. I am trying to test the REST API, which according to the documentation should be accessed at http://<host>:<port>/idmrest/v72alpha/. However I don't know what <host> and <port> should be. Please advise, thank you.
