Block customer shipment

Dear Experts,

I want to block the shipment of a perticular customer for delay in issuing required certificates.

Can any one help to define the process for that.

For Example: Let us suppose we Sold something to Customer A and for that sale If we require some certifiate from Customer A within 50 days.But we didn't recieved within 50 days,then there should be a process to auto block fruther shipment for that perticular Customer A until we recieve that certificate from Customer A.

Hi,

You can assign delivery block to the customer in VD05 until the customer sends relevant certificate.

If you want to automate it, you need to create your own program based on some field indicating the certificate expiry date.

Then you can unblock all sales order blocked for this customer in VA14L.
