Head of Own Organisational Unit

Hi,

When I unchecked the Head of Own Organisation Unit field for existing Manager under Basic Data, still I can see the Red Cap as Icon for the same Manager. Please let me know the reason and how to fix the same.

Thanks

Rajesh K

Hi,

Does the user have multiple positions? Also please check the consistency of the user using users_gen tcode.

Thanks,

Prashanth

Hi Rajesh,

1. Re-check in PPOMA_BBP will see existing manager as uncapped.

2. Check your org structure using tcode USERS_GEN.

3. Delete mentioned manager & add it again as normal employee.

I hope mentioned ways will certainly resolve your issue.

Hi Prashanth / Yanivy,

I have tried all the possibilities before posting in SDN. However, thanks for the same.

Yanivy : I have deleted only the assignment and reassigned the user and not an object. Do you want me to delete and recreate the user ? I don't think so that is a right approach.

Thanks

Delimit the CP for that position and create a new one and assign it to the employee. there may be some inconsistencies in the position data,

Thanks,

Hi Rajesh,

I even think deleting object is not right approch. But can use it as a workaround.

I have not tried deleting object. Let us know the ensue if you applied the workaround.
