Couldnt get your question properly. However the report RPODDELVRY does the following function

The RPODDELVRY report selects all goods receipts for purchase orders for vendors in the SAP Supplier Self-Services (SRM-SUS) in accordance with the selected vendor classes, including respective cancellations and return deliveries that were not yet synchronized with SRM-SUS. The selected goods movements are transferred to the respective target system in SRM-SUS using STPPOD.Delvry03-IDocs.

the question is the standar report rpoddelvry has two check buttons parameters one only new material and other with parameter of date.

what is purpose the new materials, ?
