BlackBerry to SUP connect error

Hello,

I try to connect my BlackBerry to SUP by 3G.

But some error occurs:

INFO Security Thread-194 [com.sybase.security.provider.AbstractFileConfiguration]
Loading configuration url file:/C:/Sybase/UnwiredPlatform/Servers/UnwiredServer/Repository/CSI/conf/default.xml

Could sombody help me to solve this error?

Hi Artem,

Are you using relay server to connect to SUP?.

If your SUP is installed within firewall, it will not be reachanble from internet. Please check you can reach SUP from your BB device.

Hi

Would like to see more SUP server logs

And for that ensure follwoing

1.Enable Logs at SCC(Domain>>Log>>Settings>>New>> Enter a Name and choose "payload" and "Request Response". Check "Enable after creation" and Save.)

2.3.Set logs to debug on SCC(Server>><Configured Server>>Logs>>Settings>>Set Proxy to Debug)

2.Make a GET request. Check if you are getting the correct response/payload to SUP

3.Get logs from SCC(Server>><Configured Server>>>Settings>>Logs)
