error in mb1c

dear Sir,

while keeping stock of the material through mb1c and taking movement type 561, i m getting an error

"Period 001/2012 is not open for account type S and G/L 799999"please help me to solve this error as i m beginner

HI ,

You can go to OB52 T CODE and select the required variant and specify the current year 2012 for all the account types 'S' in the second and 4 th columns of the year.

Hello,

Change the posting period using OB52. Change against your posting period variant. Change for +,A,D,K,S,M ..etc.
